The cocktail "Bienvenue," created by the Bartender Emily from Bar Stand/by, is inspired by tropical island desserts. It features the locally produced Sacred Courage Osmanthus Oolong Liqueur from Taiwan, with the rich aroma of purple rice complementing the delicate and elegant osmanthus fragrance. The drink is enhanced with the taro-like scent of pandan leaves and the milky fragrance of clarified milk, all topped with a hint of acidity and refreshing bubbles, creating a rich Taiwanese-flavored cocktail. If desired, simply request it from the staff.
